What is Cloud Accounting?
Cloud accounting (or online accounting) is an accounts package that works over the Internet. We've teamed up with Kashflow, a long established provider of online accounting software, to bring you JT Accounts.
How does it work?
Instead of installing and running accounts software on your computer, you simply log onto a secure webpage and use the cloud-based accounting software online. It's easy to use, backed up automatically (which means you don't have to do anything or risk losing what you've not saved) and you can use it anywhere on any computer you want – Apple, Windows, tablet or smartphone.
It means we can access your accounts without you needing to send anything to us, and we can also help you get things right as you're doing them, rather than waiting until the end of the year.
Get started with JT Accounts
It's simple, really cost-effective and comes with full support. We offer 3 levels of service:
- You enter all the information (e.g. invoices, payments, receipts, VAT etc)
- We enter everything and prepare the VAT Returns.
- A hybrid approach. For example, you run the sales side (i.e. creating customers and sales invoices) and we do the rest of the book-keeping.

Is cloud accounting suitable for my business?
Cloud accounting isn't for everyone, and we only recommend it after looking at your existing systems. If it's not suitable, we're also able to provide Sage Desktop Software as an alternative. As ever, we're here to help you make the right decisions for your business.
I already use an online accounting system
You may already be using a cloud accounting system, and that's no trouble. We can work with various providers such as Xero or Sage Business Cloud Accounting.
